What we delete
- Your Chlora account and profile
- Connected pots and device associations
- Sensor readings and watering history
- Profile photos and plant-identification records
- AI conversations, feedback, and insight history
- Notification preferences and subscription records associated with the account
Limited retention
Some records may remain longer.
Encrypted backups and limited records needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements may be retained beyond 30 days. Data already aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer reasonably identifies you may also be retained.
Deleting your Chlora account does not automatically erase Wi-Fi credentials stored in a physical pot. Factory-reset each reachable pot before transferring, selling, returning, or disposing of it.
